Job Description

The Systems Technician II (Tier 2) performs general IT/Helpdesk operations on a day-to-day basis.
Second/Evening Shift Position Responsibilities and Duties:
1. All Prior tier duties 2. Creating external CIPS/Cirix Accounts. 3. Getting information needed to get PO's created. 4. Advanced repair of Printers (paper and Label) 5. Setting up print queues on server. 6. Working directly with admins on projects and testing phase 7. Working directly with executives and Sr staff. 8. Site support for nursing homes (laptop build outs, escalated issues). 9. Maintaining images for deployment of thin clients / workstations. 10. SPOC for specific systems. 11. Support Intern and Level 1 techs
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Graduate of accredited high school
  • Post secondary training in computer systems preferred but not required
Experience/Knowledge:
  • Minimum three years experience in IT field
  • Experience in computer hardware setup and installation.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Valid PA driver's license required
  • Detail oriented
  • Reliability and honesty
Physical Requirements:
