IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new Business Enterprise system, install and replace prior system. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Collaborate with remote IT service provider.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred. • Strong understanding of computer systems, and other tech products.
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
