Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to office employees by diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Assist users with the organization's software tools, ensuring questions are addressed promptly and systems are functioning effectively.
- Develop and maintain reports through RubberTree WebQuery in connection with the P21 platform to support business operations.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and hardware installation when remote support is not sufficient or physical setup is required.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to manage service requests, investigate incidents, and complete assigned technical projects.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and recurring issues to improve support consistency and knowledge sharing.
