Job Description
Description The Application Administrator / Business Systems Analyst is responsible for administering the university's event management platform (Mazevo) and supporting related business systems, including Qualtrics. This role manages user access and security, system configuration, reporting, vendor relationships, ticket resolution, user training, and process documentation. The position serves as a key liaison between business users and technology teams, helping improve system adoption, support operational processes, and assist with other IT initiatives across the Union. Experience supporting SaaS applications, higher education systems, and end users is preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
