A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English IT Support Technician to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for designing and maintaining IT infrastructure for enterprise customers. A bachelor's degree, experience with enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and the ability to speak, read and write Japanese is required . This is a full-time, hybrid position with excellent benefits, including 401(k).

• Bilingual Japanese/English IT Support Technician Duties:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support
• Monitor systems and infrastructure
• Participate in infrastructure migration, upgrade, deployment, and implementation projects
• Create and maintain system documentation, implementation procedures, configuration records, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, cloud providers, and other IT personnel for troubleshooting and project implementation
• Participate in an on-call rotation and perform after-hours or weekend work when required for maintenance, outages, or other incidents
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services
• Implement and maintain virtualization platforms
• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network environments
• Create and maintain network diagrams, configuration records, and operational documentation

Bilingual Japanese/English IT Support Technician Skills:

• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Must speak, read and write Japanese
• Must have experience with Microsoft Cloud
• Microsoft Azure experience
• Experience with enterprise backup
• Experience supporting multi-site enterprise networks with Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate or equivalent technologies
• Experience with SD-WAN, wireless, site-to-site VPN, and remote-access VPN technologies ____________________________________________________________________________________
