Video and In Person Position Description and Job Skill Set Provides a full range of on-site and remote end-user support for the MDAH network. Repair desktop PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and update operating systems and office applications. Respond to help desk requests via phone, chat, or in person. Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing systems. Set up new workstations and manage onboarding or offboarding tasks, including user account creation and permission setups. Maintain inventory records for hardware, software licenses, and IT supplies. Escalate complex or network-wide issues to senior system or network administrators. Required Skills/Experience Typically requires a high school diploma, vocational training, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. 1 to 4 years of relevant IT support or service desk experience. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Azure/Active Directory, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and endpoint security tools. Strong communication, patience, customer service mindset, and problem-solving abilities Preferred/Not Required Preferred skills/experience CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft credentials are preferred.
