The Entry Level Technician will provide technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and assist with the management of IT infrastructure. Duties Provide exceptional customer service while assisting users with technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems on various operating systems. Manage computer hardware installations and configurations, ensuring optimal performance. Assist with desktop support tasks, including setup and maintenance of mobile devices and peripherals. Support network administration tasks. Utilize tools for tracking support tickets. Conduct analysis of system performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues. Qualifications Familiarity with technical support principles and practices is preferred. Basic knowledge of computer networking concepts. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
