Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST About the Role We are hiring a Entry Level IT Support . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the Fortune 10 companies in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to internal users through phone and live chat. Troubleshoot basic issues related to MS applications and proprietary systems. Manage multiple live chats while maintaining a high level of customer service. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues within established guidelines. Clearly document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in support tickets. Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support teams with accurate and detailed documentation. Work closely with peers, technical Subject Matter Experts, and global support teams. Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining service-level and quality expectations. What We're Looking For Entry level college/university grads or People looking to go into IT. Excellent Communication, Client Care / Customer Service skills. Work well as a team and build relationships to the global partners. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload. Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently. Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$23 - $25 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
