Leading Insurance Client Contract:
12 months, with possible extension up to 24 months.
Schedule:
Certain shifts require three days in the office and two days remotely per week. Candidates must live within 50 miles of either office. Off-hours shifts are fully remote.

Responsibilities:
Answer technical support calls, emails, and tickets. Troubleshoot hardware, software, account-access, and network issues. Reset passwords and assist users with login problems. Document issues in the ticketing system. Escalate complex problems to senior support teams. Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Requirements:
Basic computer, Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking knowledge. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems and follow instructions. Willingness to learn and work flexible shifts.
