One-time setup with potential for ongoing monthly maintenance Project Overview I am an established Iowa Medicaid Host Home and HCBS provider looking for a technical expert to build a secure, compliant digital infrastructure. The goal is to migrate my daily operations into a HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace environment and launch a professional Squarespace website that integrates securely with my data intake processes. Scope of Work1. Google Workspace HIPAA Hardening Execute the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google. Configure the Admin Console for HIPAA compliance (disabling non-core services, restricting external sharing, and setting up data loss prevention (DLP) rules). Set up a secure intake system using Google Forms/Sheets for caregiver daily logs and member notes. Configure user roles and permissions for caregivers and administrative staff. 2. Squarespace Website Development Build a professional, accessible website using Squarespace (Blueprint AI or custom template). Draft and organize content for Services (HCBS, SCL, Respite, CDAC), About , and Careers .

CRITICAL

Ensure no PHI is collected via Squarespace. Securely embed/link the HIPAA-compliant Google Forms for all member-related data. Optimize for local Iowa SEO (target keywords: "Medicaid provider," "HCBS Iowa," etc.). 3. Iowa Medicaid Compliance Integration Ensure the data intake workflow meets 2026 Iowa Medicaid documentation standards (audit-ready notes). Advise on the best practices for mobile security for caregivers accessing forms in the field.

Required Qualifications Proven Experience:

You must have successfully configured HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace environments for healthcare providers.

Technical Skillset:

Expert-level knowledge of Google Admin Console and Squarespace.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and (ideally) Iowa Medicaid HCBS waiver documentation requirements.

Communication:

Ability to explain technical security settings in plain English.
