Position Summary The IT Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for Windows-based computers and servers. This role provides on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and operating at peak performance. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Windows desktops, laptops, and servers (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025) Perform routine maintenance including updates, patching, and system health checks Troubleshoot network connectivity, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 issues Respond to support tickets and provide timely resolution to end-user issues Install, configure, and deploy hardware, software, and peripherals Document all service activity, solutions, and client interactions in the ticketing and documentation systems Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and devices Support cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection and patch management

Immediate What We Are Looking For:
1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server environments Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, routers) Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
Preferred:
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certification Experience with Microsoft 365 administration Familiarity with remote support tools and PSA/RMM platforms PowerShell scripting experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation for on-site client visits Salary Based on experience and training
