In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's leasing contracts related to IT hardware assets. Responsibilities Our company is expanding into IT hardware leasing. We need a strong candidate with experience in the equipment leasing field to help us plan and execute our strategy. Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality, compliance with contractual obligations, and timely management of hardware assets. Review and analyze lease agreements, contracts, and legal documents related to hardware leasing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company goals. Maintain comprehensive records of all leasing activities, contracts, amendments, and related documentation. Coordinate contract negotiations with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize pricing strategies and service levels. Ensure adherence to compliance standards by conducting regular document review and managing legal drafting processes related to hardware leases. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, strategic planning documents, and pricing models for new leasing opportunities. Skills Strong knowledge of leasing industry, procedures, contracts, depreciation principles. Expertise in document review, legal drafting, records management, and compliance management within the context of hardware leasing agreements. Familiarity with IT hardware is a big plus. Proven ability in research, strategic planning, proposal writing, and technical writing to support business initiatives. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Experience in the insurance industry is also a big plus.
