Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Retirement Benefits A collaborative, high-performing, and fun team environment The opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company and be part of its success story What you will do: Ability to follow schedules while accurately documenting actions, time spent, and outstanding tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures Build and maintain our knowledge base with technical information, procedures, reference materials, and user guides Diagnose and resolve technical issues in compliance with operational objectives and standard operating procedures Respond to client support requests promptly with clear communication and attention to detail Escalate issues outside your expertise quickly to ensure timely resolution Implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring issues Conduct routine client visits to strengthen relationships and complete assigned tasks Advise clients on best practices and help align them with industry standards Collaborate with other teams to provide requested information and assistance Participate in an on-call rotation to handle after-hours alerts and support requests What we are looking for: A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning
Experience:
3+ years in customer service delivering professional, courteous support 4+ years of technical experience installing and servicing computer equipment in MSP environment
Certifications:
CompTIA A+ (or equivalent hardware experience) CompTIA Network+ (or equivalent networking experience) Required• Microsoft 365
Certified:
Administrator Expert (or equivalent experience managing Office 365 and Microsoft products)
