IT Service Desk Analyst I:

High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking concepts Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and mobile device support Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with excellent customer-facing and executive presence skills Ability to document technical issues clearly and accurately within a ticketing system Reliable transportation and willingness to travel occasionally to regional office locations Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet access Preferred Skills/Experience of the

Work Location:
