Role Description The IT Vendor Management & Procurement Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing relationships with IT vendors, coordinating contract negotiations, and supporting procurement activities for hardware, software, and related services. Daily tasks include reviewing vendor performance, monitoring service-level agreements, tracking renewals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines. The specialist will collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to evaluate vendor proposals, assess risks, and recommend cost-effective solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate procurement records, preparing reports for leadership, and contributing to continuous process improvements in vendor management and sourcing. Qualifications
- Experience leading complex, high-value IT contract negotiations with strategic technology vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Broadcom, IBM, networking and data communications providers, value added resellers (VARs) and other enterprise technology partners.
- 7 years of enterprise technology procurement, contract negotiation and vendor relationship management in a multi-vendor IT environment across hardware, software, XaaS and contractor services.
- Knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., software licensing, cloud services, hardware, networking) and ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong analytical and financial skills for budgeting, cost analysis, and total cost of ownership assessments.
- Proficiency with procurement and vendor management tools or ERP systems, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across IT, finance, legal, and business stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from a four year College or University and 7+ years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

$80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
