Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar IT role. Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, (Azure AD), SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP and wireless networking. Experience with endpoint management, patch management, antivirus, and vulnerability remediation. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, printers, and business applications. Ability to document systems, procedures, and technical configurations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SonicWall firewalls and network security appliances. Experience administering backup and disaster recovery solutions. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, SOC 2 controls, ISO 27001, and security best practices. Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience supporting multiple office locations and remote workforce environments. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, and security systems. Provision and deprovision user accounts, email access, security groups, and permissions. Manage endpoint deployment, patching, monitoring, and software updates. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to employees. Assist with IT projects, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades. Maintain asset inventories, technical documentation, and change management records. Participate in incident response, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity activities. Ensure company and client information remains secure and protected. Additional Requirements Ability to lift and install IT equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to travel occasionally between company locations as needed. Availability for after-hours maintenance, emergency support, and on-call rotations when required.
