About the Role The IT Specialist is the primary technology resource for desktop support, endpoint management, and systems deployment. You'll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; assist with project migrations and deployments; and train staff on new tools and systems. You'll be the main point of contact for staff, on-site and remote, and are expected to be organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently with sensitive systems and data. What You'll Do- Desktop Support. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and peripheral issues. Configure, deploy, and maintain company-owned Windows and iOS devices. Coordinate printer installation/repair. Provide remote and after-hours support as needed.
- Migrations, Deployments & Tool Training. Assist with project migrations and deployments. Manage software deployment, patching, and device compliance. Train staff as SME on internal systems.
- Assist in New Systems & Technology Planning. Research, evaluate, and make technology recommendations that align with the business. Build specs and purchasing quotes for hardware/software.
- Asset Management. Track and maintain accurate technology asset inventory (software & hardware).
- Documentation & Process Improvement. Maintain clear, organized documentation of support issues, resolutions, and procedures related to IT ~ this is critical. What You Bring — Required
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; high level of trustworthiness.
- Windows, iOS, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- Hardware install/troubleshooting: desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals.
Networking:
wireless, VPN, DNS, DHCP.- Group Policy, and endpoint/software deployment tools.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years demonstrated experience Nice to Have

- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, ACSP) Work Environment
- This is a non-smoking, tobacco-free facility.
- Occasional lifting to 30 lbs; daily standing/walking/sitting.
