Hours Hybrid Role Responsibilities:
Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration Confident troubleshooting hardware and software across macOS and Windows Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 Familiarity with SSO/identity platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) and endpoint-security tooling (CrowdStrike or similar) — or the ability to ramp up quickly Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS) for connectivity triage Solid grasp of security best practices: patching, least privilege, MFA, data protection Strong customer-service orientation — you explain technical issues in plain language Organized and self-directed: tickets, documentation, and follow-through don//'t slip Vocational training or a degree in IT/Computer Science is a plus, not a requirement
