Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and professional technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues via chat, email, and video. Manage the full lifecycle of IT service requests through our internal ticketing system. Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations (Windows/macOS), mobile devices, and peripherals. Administer user accounts and permissions within Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving VPNs, local networks, and cloud-based applications. Support the implementation of cybersecurity protocols, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and endpoint protection. Create and maintain internal documentation and self-help guides for common technical tasks.
Searched Skills and Requirements Troubleshooting Excellence:
A proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
Cloud Administration:
Practical experience managing users and security settings in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Networking Fundamentals:
A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Customer Focus:

Experience:
