  • The IT Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end users as well as remote workers based across the United States.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for employees in a timely manner to meet our SLAs.
  • The role requires technical proficiency and excellent communication skills as the IT Analyst I will interact with users at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for end users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
  • Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.
  • Install apps and set up desktop and laptop hardware including peripheral devices.
  • Communicate technical information to end users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Take ownership of incidents or requests in ITSM escalated from the IT Service Desk and document all technical support activities in the ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge articles and other support documentation.
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; working toward or in possession of a technical degree or certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support, including experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications and desktop hardware.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
