Role:

Client is looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support the company s internal IT operations and infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining laptops, desktops, office networking equipment, user onboarding/offboarding, device imaging, system setup, troubleshooting, and overall IT support across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, organized, and capable of supporting a fast-growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, deploy, image, and maintain laptops, desktops, and workstations Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including system provisioning and access setup Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues Set up and maintain office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, VPNs, and firewalls Install, configure, and support Windows and macOS environments Manage Microsoft 365, email accounts, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and hardware lifecycle tracking Support conference room technology, video conferencing systems, and office AV equipment Ensure endpoint security, antivirus updates, device encryption, and compliance standards are maintained Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for internet, telecom, and hardware procurement Perform routine system updates, backups, patching, and preventive maintenance Assist with IT documentation, SOP creation, and internal technology standards Support remote employees with VPN connectivity, device setup, and troubleshooting Monitor and improve overall internal IT infrastructure reliability and performance

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure or desktop support experience Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management Experience with laptop imaging and deployment tools Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure AD, Intune, or similar platforms Knowledge of routers, switches, Wi-Fi setup, VPNs, and firewall configuration Experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service mindset Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud-based IT administration Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery procedures Exposure to virtualization environments and server management Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are a plus What We re
