That makes this the most visible seat in the company and the fastest way to learn how a lot of different businesses actually run. What You'll Do Own the front of the queue: take in and triage support requests across phone, email, and our ticketing system Troubleshoot workstation, software, and connectivity problems Handle password resets, account unlocks, and day-to-day Microsoft 365 support Route tickets to the right engineer based on priority and skill set, and keep queues moving against our SLA response targets Monitor open work and escalate anything at risk of missing its SLA before it gets there Keep clients informed on ticket status and expected timing Document fixes and turn them into knowledge base articles for future reference Onboard new client devices
- imaging and configuring Windows laptops, setting up workstations Handle equipment shipping, receiving, and documentation for US-based clients Travel to PA-based client sites when a problem requires hands-on support Qualifications 0-3 years of helpdesk, tech support, or customer-facing service experience Proven experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, and Point Experience with a ticketing or PSA platform•we use ConnectWise•and with remote monitoring tools such as NinjaRMM Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity, including a working understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Ability to flex your communication style based on your audience, technical to non-technical Familiarity with scripting, PowerShell especially•preferred, not required Desire to learn and work with current industry-leading AI tools Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States About Snyder Technologies Snyder Technologies is a Lehigh Valley-based technology company working at the intersection of managed IT services and software development.
