Support Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing execution and automation systems. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining system uptime, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable integration between manufacturing systems and business operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance

MES/SCADA

systems (Rockwell FactoryTalk) Support and program Allen-Bradley PLCs Design, implement, and troubleshoot

SCADA/MES

network topologies Integrate software with hardware systems, including system upgrades and redundancy configurations Execute system outages and support remote access via VPN/RDP Manage and support SQL databases, including queries and administration Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and plant stakeholders Provide on-call support and assist during scheduled production downtimes Proactively identify and resolve system reliability issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk 3+ years of experience with SCADA systems 3+ years of experience with electrical networking and remote access tools (VPN/RDP) 3+ years of Allen-Bradley PLC programming 1+ year of SQL administration and query experience Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, domain administration, and electrical systems Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL Server administration Familiarity with object-oriented programming or VBA Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working in manufacturing environments Travel Expectations 50-60% travel required (primarily 2-3 days per trip) Occasional travel up to one week Travel primarily to: Broadview, IL (Chicago area) Dyersburg, TN Lexington, KY Flexible scheduling

• travel driven by project needs All travel expenses covered (including optional TSA PreCheck) Work Environment Hybrid role with standard hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM) On-call availability outside business hours required Initial 2-month onboarding/training period with Manufacturing Systems Analyst Business Impact This role is critical to maintaining system uptime across manufacturing operations.
