Part-Time Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator Newport Pickleball Club | Middletown, RI | Part-Time Position Overview Newport Pickleball Club is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Part-Time Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator to help grow our brand, memberships, programs, events, and overall reach. This is more than a social media role. We're looking for someone who understands digital marketing, advertising, content creation, AI, and how to turn marketing efforts into results. Responsibilities Manage social media and create engaging photo, video, and Reel content Develop digital marketing and membership campaigns Manage Meta/Facebook & Instagram advertising Assist with geofencing and location-based advertising Google Ads, SEO, and online visibility Promote pickleball, padel, leagues, events, private parties, and The KITCHEN Table Create graphics and promotional materials using Canva Help develop community partnerships and local outreach Track campaign performance, leads, engagement, and results Bring new marketing ideas and strategies to NPC AI & Digital Tools We are looking for someone comfortable using modern AI and marketing tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/Analytics, Mailchimp , and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate understands how AI can be used for content, research, advertising, email marketing, data analysis, SEO, and improving marketing efficiency. Who We're Looking For Someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and analytical . You should be able to create great content while also understanding who we're trying to reach, how to reach them, and what marketing efforts are actually working. Experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising, content creation, hospitality, sports, fitness, events, or membership-based businesses is a plus.
