This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn a technical trade while providing great customer service. If you enjoy working with technology and take pride in doing things the right way, we will train you. What You'll Do Travel safely to customer locations for scheduled repair appointments Learn to diagnose and repair smartphones (iPhone, Samsung) Perform common repairs including: Screen replacements Battery replacements Basic software troubleshooting Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Provide arrival and repair status updates Accurately document repairs using our system Maintain tools, inventory, and a clean, professional service vehicle Qualities That Make a Great Technician Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Good memory and ability to follow step-by-step repair procedures Comfortable with fast and accurate typing (higher WPM is a plus) Strong time management and ability to stay organized Ability to work independently and stay focused in the field Professional attitude and reliability What We're Looking For No prior phone repair experience required Interest in technology, smartphones, or electronics Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and follow repair standards Basic computer skills and comfort using mobile apps Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends may be required) High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass background check, driving record check, and drug screening
