Some work will be done Remotely and some will be done at restaurant locations within driving distance of Long Beach headquarters. You will provide level 2 and level 3 support for stores and restaurants. You'll be doing hands-on work with hardware and systems. You will diagnose and resolve recurring store/ restaurant systems and suggest prroactive fixes.. You'll assist with corporate workstation/laptop imaging, configuration and troubleshooting. ( Windows, Google, Workspace, Microsoft 365 ) when needed. This position is intended to be full time, permanent after 6 months on the job. Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Systems Support Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent placement.
