Job Summary:
As a part of a successful inbound Customer Support team this individual provides technical support to TEKLYNX' direct customers, resellers, distributors and sales personnel on all TEKLYNX label design software applications. Support TEKLYNX effort to attract, retain, and serve our customers by providing comprehensive, timely, tailored technical phone and on-line support ensuring exemplary customer service. Support Technicians will work closely with team members to continuously learn and increase knowledge around TEKLYNX products but also focus on listening to ensure we capture customer enhancements/requests and work with engineering team to build on those enhancements. All interactions are logged daily using various relationship management tools while ensuring appropriate follow-up communication is delivered effectively.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a technical degree or a business degree with technical emphasis or equivalent experience. A desire to work with and support customers. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills, patience and interpersonal skills. Time management skills and the ability to work successfully with a team. The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional verbal, written and listening skills.
Must have working knowledge of:
Microsoft operating systems, software and pc, peripheral hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to TEKLYNX customers, distributors, and sales personnel (domestic and international). Maintain service levels and call response objectives as directed by the Customer Support Manager. Document and relay end-user and distributor feedback to the appropriate marketing teams. Propose and suggest product improvements. Create technical documentation, including "How-To" guides and common troubleshooting tips for the TEKLYNX Support Center. Uphold company safety policies, housekeeping procedures, and protect confidential information. Accurately enter customer orders into the system Verify product pricing and terms before processing.
Customer communication:
order details, shipping and product specifications. Collaborate with different teams to resolve discrepancies or special requests. Ensure orders are processed accurately to prevent errors and credits.
Training & Development:
Receive job-specific training at scheduled intervals. Continually upgrade skills to stay current with relevant products. Required to retain and adapt to processes in an constantly changing environment.
