WE ARE ACCEPTING BOTH WORK STUDY AND NON WORK STUDY APPLICANTS

•This Student Support Technician provides tier 1 customer support for one or more of the following applications: Opinio, Course Evaluations, and Qualtrics. Support is provided by phone or email with assistance from a Technical Analyst II. The student support technician will also create documentation, update web-pages, communicate technical details to customers, assist with projects, software testing, and will work alongside a team of 2-3 other support personnel. Position is hybrid, with mostly off-site work, though some in-office commitments are expected. Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend or off-hours work is required. Applicants are expected to be able to work the full 28 hours available for student staff.

Duties and responsibilities include:

1. Review technical documentation to support Course Feedback, Esurvey, and/or Test Scoring faculty and students. 2. Work through email or phone with faculty, staff and students using our services. 3. Provide reliable and accurate technical support for students, faculty, department chairs and administrators. 4. Learn and work with UNM's Qualtrics, EvaluationKIT, Esurvey Opinio, and/or Scantron applications. 5. Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from these four services. 6. Supports the administration of campus-wide elections. Minimum Qualifications Equivalencies not found for this position

Preferred Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet satisfactory academic progress.

Minimum Skills include:

1.Excellent written and verbal communications skills 2.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills 3.Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility 4.Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented 5.Able to problem solve within web applications and other information technologies. 6.Flexible and able to adapt to occasional changes in assignments and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills 2. Microsoft Outlook Skills 3. Customer Service or helpdesk experience 4. Close attention to detail 5. Knowledge of Windows OS 6.
