The Role The Systems Support Specialist II must possess the intermediate technical and analytical skills required to implement PC/Network microcomputers, as well as support the use of Operating System and application software. Responsibilities will include the support of internal customers in the configuration, training, and problem-resolution regarding the Network, MS operating system, Mobile device OS, desktop applications, and computer equipment. The Systems Support Specialist II will also assist other IT support team members in diagnosing and implementing team/corporate projects. Work is monitored and reviewed through reports, and results are attained. They should have an overall awareness of the company's structure, business goals and systems. Individuals must be flexible to travel, shift changes, and after-hours support. Typically shift time will be 8-5pm or 8:30-5:30pm CST. There will be potential for a hybrid schedule after training, depending on workability for the location/staff.
Job Duties Include:
Support Mobile Devices Monitor and process email and cases from Service Desk and voicemail box Create cases and assign to other IT resources Assist with employee equipment moves Pre-image machines for equipment replacement Assist with non-specific tasks to aide IT personnel Install Windows OS and certified software on user computers Assist with technical support for user conferences Assist with equipment inventory Maintain ServiceDesk documentation Maintain Software image Create & maintain new and terminated employee ID's, mailbox, storage, and equipment

Requirements :
At least 2 years' experience in a technical support position 2 - 4 years' experience with PC computing and PC applications A+, Network+, or Networking Essentials Certification required Intermediate knowledge of supported software applications Excellent oral and written communication skills Skill in applying a logical approach to solving problems Excellent attention to detail Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions and to present oral and written reports clearly andconcisely Ability to establish effective working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, and representatives of other departments Ability to plan work and work independently Good interpersonal skills and a desire to promote team accomplishment Demonstrate competence, efficiency, and complete professionalism Must be able to lift 50lbs
