Description Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as a Systems Support Specialist IV Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in digital technology, has an excellent opportunity for a Systems Support Specialist IV. This is a remote position, and ideal candidates should be in the following areas York, England, Indiana or Michigan. Toshiba is an industry leader in equipment, digital displays, document security, and software solutions that keep businesses running brilliantly and efficiently. As a Systems Support Specialist, you will enjoy making a positive impact on the business and our customers through troubleshooting complex technical problems related to networks, connectivity, systems, and applications. Your core focus as Field Service Technician will be to provide remote and on-site repair of system problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. What You'll Do Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys present and take appropriate action.
Perform confirmation tests as directed.
Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
Interface heavily with customer IT personnel. What You'll Bring Associate degree or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years increasingly responsible experience in a combination of the following areas; Networking systems, systems support, interfaces, connectivity and related software.
Demonstrated experience with information & Document Lifecycle process, products and services.
Knowledgeable in hardware and software industry.
Demonstrate comfort with installation and upgrades; Must have experience with multifunctional devices.
Experience in cloud applications, IT Infrastructure & Security and systems integration.
Expertise in workflows, processes, and scripting.
Valid Driver's License and must be able to travel to sites periodically
