This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with sales teams, customers, and service providers. What You'll Do Provide technical support for products and services during pre-sale and post-sale activities. Assist with quotes, proposals, solution design, and customer consultations. Manage service orders, installations, and activations from start to finish. Support customer issues, maintain documentation, and handle escalations. Work with service providers and review billing for accuracy. What We're Looking For Experience in technical sales support, technical account management, or customer-facing technical support. Strong knowledge of telecom, technology, or managed services environments. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
