Protect Some of America's Greatest Museums Art Sentry is a 25-year-old technology company whose software and technology help protect priceless works of art at many of the nation's leading museums. Our technology plays a critical role in safeguarding some of the world's most valuable cultural treasures. We're looking for a Technical Support & Operations Specialist to join our team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This is a hands-on position where you'll work across technical support, software testing, server configuration, hardware deployment, shipping, procurement, and customer operations. As your skills grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility across support, systems administration, testing, and operations. After an initial 90-day training period, this position transitions to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. What You'll Do Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues Test software releases and document results before deployment Configure and stage servers and hardware for customer installations Prepare systems for deployment and verify quality before shipment Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and procurement Document work accurately and maintain organized records Identify issues proactively and drive tasks through completion Collaborate with our development team to identify, troubleshoot, and validate software improvements What Success Looks Like You communicate clearly with customers and team members and follow issues through to full resolution.
