Job Description

This role is designed as a hands-on technical execution position supporting a multi-business-unit organization. Role Overview We are seeking a Technologist to support the design, integration, and optimization of business systems across a growing multi-business-unit organization. This role is responsible for managing IT projects, improving operational workflows, building lightweight automations using tools like Zapier or similar AI platforms, and coordinating external technical vendors. The ideal candidate has experience in IT project management, business systems analysis, and hands-on technical execution, with the ability to bridge business needs and practical technology solutions. This is a highly hands-on role focused on building scalable, efficient systems that support company growth. Core Responsibilities Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation Analyze, document, and improve business systems and operational workflows Translate business needs into technical requirements and practical system solutions Build lightweight automations and integrations using tools such as Zapier or similar AI-enabled platforms Manage external IT vendors, contractors, and development resources Support system troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing maintenance Collaborate with leadership to align technology solutions with business priorities Required Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in IT project management Strong business systems analysis and process design capability Working knowledge of programming or scripting fundamentals Experience coordinating external vendors or technical teams Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar platforms) Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to operate across both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ideal Candidate Profile Practical builder, not just theoretical technologist Comfortable working across multiple systems and business units Strong bias toward automation, efficiency, and simplification Able to independently own projects from concept to completion Adaptable across evolving tools, platforms, and business needs
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
