As a growing managed service provider (MSP), our team works across a wide range of technologies and environments. We value accountability, problem solving, communication, and a willingness to learn. Role Description We are seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist for an on-site position in Mount Pleasant, SC. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience across many areas of technology in a fast-paced MSP environment. You will work directly with end users and businesses to troubleshoot issues, deploy and maintain systems, support cloud platforms, and assist with networking and cybersecurity initiatives.Responsibilities include:
Responding to help desk requests and troubleshooting user issues Supporting Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, printers, and business applications Configuring and deploying computers, networking equipment, and other hardware Assisting with Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based solutions Supporting network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless systems Participating in client projects, onboarding, migrations, and system upgrades Documenting systems and maintaining organized technical records Delivering excellent customer service and professional communication Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow technically Basic understanding of networking, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Prior IT support or MSP experience is a plus, but not required Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, curious, and motivated to grow in the IT field.
