Our team provides the operational infrastructure that allows our companies to focus on what they do best. Today, Meeting Street Partners supports RTD Biosciences, DRT3PL, and NxtGen Analysis , with additional growth ahead. We're looking for an IT Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and building reliable technology solutions in a fast-moving environment. About the Role The IT Support Technician will provide hands-on technology support across the Meeting Street Partners organization and the companies we support. This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who wants variety. One day you may be setting up a new employee's laptop and troubleshooting Microsoft 365; the next you may be helping a manufacturing team resolve a connectivity issue, supporting a laboratory system, or working with a vendor to resolve a larger technology problem. You'll work with employees across biotechnology, laboratory, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, and corporate operations , making this a highly visible and impactful role. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support across Meeting Street Partners and supported companies Provide first-level technical support in person, by phone, email, chat, or ticketing system Troubleshoot computers, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, software, and connectivity issues Set up and configure computers, accounts, applications, phones, and other technology for new employees Support employee onboarding and offboarding across multiple companies Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and multi-factor authentication Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other business applications Assist with network and connectivity troubleshooting Maintain accurate IT equipment and software inventories Track equipment assignments, repairs, replacements, and disposal Install software, updates, patches, and security tools Assist with endpoint management and cybersecurity initiatives Work with third-party IT vendors and service providers Document IT procedures, troubleshooting solutions, and technology configurations Identify recurring problems and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and reliability Assist with IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, and technology rollouts Help standardize technology, processes, and support across multiple operating companies Support technology needs within office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, and fulfillment environments Provide occasional support for critical issues or scheduled maintenance Perform other duties as needed to support the growing organization What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is technically capable, highly responsive, and genuinely enjoys helping people . A natural problem solver Customer-service oriented and approachable Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical employees Organized and detail-oriented Able to prioritize competing requests Comfortable working independently Curious and eager to learn Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing organization Willing to jump in wherever technology support is needed Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar role Experience supporting Windows computers Experience with Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and connectivity troubleshooting Experience setting up and troubleshooting computers and peripheral equipment Strong communication and customer-service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite and travel between supported company locations as needed Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD Experience with Microsoft Intune Experience with IT ticketing/help desk systems Experience with endpoint management or remote-support tools Experience with cybersecurity initiatives Experience supporting manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare, or logistics environments Experience supporting multiple locations or business units Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing organization Why Join Meeting Street Partners?
