Job Description
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance in person, over the phone, or by email. You will handle creating tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with account issues, and escalate complex problems. Follow-up and update customer status and information. Provide accurate information on IT products/services. Issue check-out/in equipment and inventory incoming/outgoing IT products including hardware and software. High School Diploma/GED required. Proficient in written and verbal communication IT support technician experience. Basic IT Certification (CompTIA A+ or equivalent).
