• Need locals who can do onsite

Key Responsibilities Ticket Management:

Answer incoming requests, log details accurately, and categorize tickets in an IT service system.

First-Line Troubleshooting:

Handle common tasks like password resets, software installations, basic network connectivity checks, and printer configurations.

User Guidance:

Walk users step-by-step through basic problem-solving processes.

Escalation:

Route unresolved or advanced technical problems to higher-level support teams following company protocols.

Documentation:

Record fixes, update knowledge base articles, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Skills Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems, hardware peripherals, and common productivity software like Microsoft 365.

Soft Skills:

Strong patience, active listening, and clear verbal communication to assist frustrated users.

Education/Experience:
