M.G. Oil Company, Inc. HIRING Full Time IT Field Support Technician to provide support to employees throughout South Dakota and Wyoming. Growing company and need to expand our IT department. This position is NOT a remote position. Travel is required. Potential for On Call approximately every 6 weeks for a 1 week period. Must have 2 years of IT work related experience.

Requirements:

Ability to provide support with calls where support is requested or needed, new computer set up, networking and hardware troubleshooting and repair. Provides guidance and training to less experienced personnel while providing great customer service. Can work independently without supervision. Familiar with a variety of Operating Systems (ex: Windows, Mac OS X, Linux). Manage any projects that are assigned and ensure that deadlines are met.
