Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours We're hiring Desktop Technicians to support a large Windows 11 upgrade and hardware refresh initiative across multiple healthcare locations in the Gadsden area. This is a hands-on deployment role where you'll be responsible for preparing devices, performing upgrades, setting up new equipment, and making sure end users are ready to go. The project is expected to run several months and may be extended based on workload and project timelines. We're looking for technicians who are comfortable working directly with users, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and moving efficiently through deployment schedules. What You'll Be Doing Image and configure new laptops and desktops Perform Windows 11 upgrades and validate successful installations Deploy and replace end-user hardware Install and verify applications using SCCM and approved deployment tools Configure devices for user access, connectivity, and required software Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Track completed work and maintain accurate deployment documentation Work closely with site leadership and project teams to ensure a smooth rollout What We're Looking For 2+ years of Desktop Support, Field Services, or IT Support experience Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 Experience with SCCM or similar imaging and deployment tools Ability to troubleshoot endpoint hardware and software issues Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working onsite throughout the duration of the project Ability to work independently while following established deployment processes By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.Benefits
