Job Description
Job Summary Corporate Deskside Support Team as an onsite specialist, providing essential desktop support to our Executives and corporate clients. Responsibilities include computer imaging, equipment deployment, software installation, and dedicated support for all executive meetings. This role requires a strong team and customer service orientation, with occasional on-call availability. 100% Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Essential Functions Primary support focuses on executives, providing assistance with laptops, phones, and conference rooms before and during executive meetings. Manages remote and deskside incidents, including hardware/software deployment, Imaging laptops, desktops, VDI equipment. Performs Deskside functions associated with internal and external customer-based needs, General LAN Network troubleshooting, and Avaya Phone and Mobile Devices support Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, GSuite requests including Shared Drive and Group management, Manages users IDs as necessary, to include the addition of users to individual applications and distribution groups Occasional on call rotation to support our ACC/Avasure team which is 24/7 operations team Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED required Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred 0-1 years of experience in desktop or LAN support required Experience with enterprise IT systems and help desk ticketing tools preferred 2+ years of experience supporting Active Directory for end-users 4+ years of experience troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including network, PC, software and servers preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and networking fundamentals. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and troubleshoot routine technical issues. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 100% Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
