Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Support & Operations Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who has a solid understanding of computers, phones, software, and basic IT troubleshooting but does not necessarily have a college degree or extensive professional IT experience. The right candidate should be comfortable learning new technology, troubleshooting problems, staying organized, and handling multiple responsibilities independently. This is a hands-on position that combines day-to-day IT support, employee account management, technology audits, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Set up phones, computers, accounts, and logins for new employees Set up and order company gas cards Remove system and application access for former employees Review and document the applications and access assigned to employees Conduct monthly company phone audits Conduct weekly gas card audits Conduct monthly Microsoft license audits Perform Google system audits twice daily Check daily to ensure company headquarters systems are operational and available Participate in the Change Manager on-call and after-hours rotation on a weekly basis Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and company technology inventory Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT issues Assist employees with computer, phone, login, application, and other technology-related issues Complete drone training and assist with company drone-related needs Pull, review, and organize security camera footage when needed Help maintain accurate documentation of company technology, accounts, equipment, and access Assist with other IT and technology-related projects as needed
Qualifications:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers, phones, and common business technology Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical problems Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is a plus Ability to learn new software and technology quickly Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies during audits Able to work independently and follow established procedures Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential company and employee information appropriately Previous IT, technical support, administrative, or operations experience is preferred but not required College degree is not required
