Lifetime Products Inc., is seeking an IT Helpdesk Tech to join our team in Mascot, TN.

Job Summary:
In this position you will support and provide customer service on company supported computer applications, platforms and devices. Troubleshoot issues and advise customers on appropriate action. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned ): Responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Research questions using available information resources Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Deploy computer equipment to users throughout the company Image and maintain laptops for employee use Instructs users in use of equipment, software, and manuals Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication There will be times that overtime hours will be required to perform the essential functions of the job
Qualifications:
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation Certification preferred but not required Valid TN driver's license with a clean MVR Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Ability to document work accurately in a ticketing or problem request tracking system Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Intermediate computer knowledge, ten key, knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook Problem solving and decision making abilities. Must be self-motivated and work well with others in a team setting. Excellent attendance. Good oral and written communication skills Customer Service oriented Planning and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail
