Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Set up and troubleshoot VPN connections
- Monitor firewall security settings
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues Skills
- Proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols
- Strong knowledge of help desk procedures and best practices
- Experience with network administration tasks
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
