Job Description

Salary varies depending on your YoE. English/Korean bilingual is a plus. Overview We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a moderate/strong background in IT infrastructure and computer hardware, with proficiency in various operating systems and network administration. Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
Manage user accounts and permissions
Set up and troubleshoot VPN connections
Monitor firewall security settings
Assist in maintaining network infrastructure
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues Skills
Proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols
Strong knowledge of help desk procedures and best practices
Experience with network administration tasks
Familiarity with Linux operating systems
Ability to manage computer systems efficiently
