Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with 3D printers and related products. You will provide support by phone, live chat, email, and occasionally in person. This role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to learn and troubleshoot technical products. Responsibilities Assist customers with orders, returns, shipping, product setup, software settings, and basic troubleshooting. Provide customer support through phone, live chat, email, and occasionally in person. Handle support cases transferred from other customer service teams. Record customer issues and follow each case through resolution. Collect common customer concerns and share feedback with the technical team. Assist the team with urgent or special customer service requests. Qualifications At least one year of customer service or technical support experience. Experience with 3D printers, electronics, computer hardware, or other technical products is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Able to explain technical information clearly and patiently. Comfortable using computers, customer service systems, and basic Excel. Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
