You will work hands-on with applications, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and user support while helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You will be the link between IT and the business, understanding business needs and helping turn them into effective technology solutions. At ROMCO Equipment Co., you will work closely with the Technical Excellence Center (TEC) leadership within our parent company, SMT. You will have the opportunity to contribute to important technology projects and support the digital transformation of our business. What will you do? In this role, you are responsible for optimizing, supporting, and further developing our business applications landscape.
You will:
Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications based on business needs. Support application testing, integrations, and system releases, helping identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot application and performance issues and escalate complex issues when needed. Support data integrity, security, and compliance by following established standards and best practices. Create and maintain application documentation, including procedures, release notes, and user guidance. Identify software defects and recurring issues and support continuous improvement efforts. Support internal users and provide guidance or training on business applications and new functionality. Monitor application and database performance and help identify opportunities for improvement. Stay up to date on new technologies and application features and help evaluate their potential value to the business. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on application support, projects, and improvements. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide responsive, solution-focused support. What do you bring?You have:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. Experience or knowledge in business applications, application support, or systems analysis. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform is preferred. Experience or exposure to application configuration, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in learning and improving. Understanding of business processes, systems, and data. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.Preferred:

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements This job operates in an office environment. Must be available to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple European countries. While standard local office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., this role requires flexibility to participate in meetings, trainings, and project work outside of standard business hours to accommodate regional time zone differences. Some travel may be required. This position requires regular use of computers, communication devices, and other common office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
