Competitive annual salary + benefits About Us Amusements Worldwide is a leading service provider in the amusement industry, specializing in the support and maintenance of amusement machines. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our
UNIS USA
team in the Dallas region. Position Overview The Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure exceptional customer support. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve processes, and maintain high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service and support to customers in the amusement industry Develop processes to improve a repair mentality versus a replacement mentality. Establish proper controls to manage inventory of high value electronic components. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Manage, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance goals Identify training needs and implement improvements to reduce skill gaps Oversee service ticket systems to ensure proper entry, tracking, and follow-up Recruit, hire, and train service personnel as needed (Develop a Team) Collaborate on improvements to the company website related to service operations Ensure all showroom games and inventory (new and used) are fully operational Develop and maintain troubleshooting and repair documentation Provide test game support and technical guidance Expand and optimize bench repair capabilities Perform LCD and mainboard repairs when feasible Support development and implementation of an in house App for technical support.
