Systems Administration Job Description:
Join a growing technology team as a Systems Support Administrator II, supporting a broad enterprise environment and resolving complex issues escalated beyond frontline IT Support. This is an excellent opportunity for a naturally curious troubleshooter who enjoys digging into systems, identifying root causes, and learning new technologies. You'll work across applications, access, permissions, configurations, and infrastructure while helping improve documentation and reduce recurring issues.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex escalated issues across enterprise systems and applications. Investigate problems involving multiple systems, permissions, configurations, and environments. Support day-to-day administration of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and Microsoft technologies. Partner with IT Support and senior administrators to resolve outages and challenging technical issues. Perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to prevent recurring problems. Create and improve knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and technical documentation. Support user access, system configurations, and other administrative activities. Assist senior administrators with technology projects and system improvements as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2+ years of progressive experience in Systems Administration, Application Support, Tier
II/III IT
Support, or a related area. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex technical issues. Broad exposure to enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, or Microsoft technologies. Strong customer service and ability to work effectively with technical and business teams. Ability to independently investigate issues while collaborating on larger problems. Strong technical documentation and written communication skills. Ability to quickly learn and support unfamiliar systems and technologies. Calm, analytical, and persistent approach to troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, identity and access management, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms. Background supporting SaaS applications or business systems in an enterprise environment. Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, government, or another regulated industry. Experience creating technical documentation, knowledge articles, or support procedures.

•$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. This position is also eligible for a 20% annual incentive target, with on-target annual earnings of approximately $87,000
