Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Microsoft Web Add-in Architect for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Addison, TX and Jacksonville, FL. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
The Collaboration & Productivity Architecture team is looking for a Microsoft Web Add-in Architect to join their expanding team. The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with experience in architecture design, engineering, securitypliance best practices, and governance for Microsoft 365. This role will guide design discussions, provide engineering analysis, and propose technical solutions to implement, monitor, and maintain long-termpliance with baselines and standards.
Responsibilities:
Architect and design M365 service integration architectures with a focus on the modern collaboration services shift from COM to Web Add-Ins Provide architectural support for initiatives ranging from Proof of Concepts with new technologies toplex multi-year implementations Bring a strategic, deep understanding of Microsoft 365 concepts and practices for the development and integration of M365 services Provide strategic technical guidance to leadership and development teams to implement best practices and execution of Enterprise Governance and Deployment Model create and execute best-in-class architecture design and process flows in support of M365 Web Add-Ins Focus on process improvements contributing towards increasing operational excellence and an improved user experience Create design concepts for potential Web Add-in operational support challenges and security/risk considerations Generate and maintain architectural design artifacts in support of governance standards, requirements, and operational excellence Perform analysis, identify gaps or improvements, and develop solutions based on current business needs Provide oversight on daily architectural activities, function as a mentor, help with problem escalation, andmunicate issues to managementRequirements:
College degree or equivalent hands-on experience 10+ years of experience with architecture and engineering for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and/or Power Platforms Expert-level knowledge of relevant collaboration services both cloud and on-premise Expert-level knowledge of all aspects of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, Identity & Access Management, Purview, Security/Compliance, Data Loss ention, Microsoft Information Protection High-level knowledge of foundationalponents such as Active Directory, network infrastructure/architecture (DNS/DHCP, routing, etc.), & PowerShell scripting Expert level design and solution engineering experience in various collaboration technologies Expert knowledge of overall Microsoft 365 design, deployment, configuration and administration Expert knowledge in the design and deployment of Microsoft Office Solutions and the integration of SharePoint and Power Platforms Recent experience with Copilot integration and tools including SharePoint Admin Agent and SharePoint Advanced Management Self-starter, critical thinker with proven ability to deal with granular requirements yet see things holistically and strategically Ability to work with business and technical teams to build requirements and technical artifacts Experience with ITIL foundational and Agile process methodologies Excellent written and verbalmunication skills Desired skills: Experience with enterprise security includingTLS, SMTP
over TLS, certificates, HSM Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system environment Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including domain authentication, OAuth/Modern Authentication, Kerberos Experience with network securityponents including load balancers and firewalls Understanding of Financial Regulatory, Legal and Compliance requirements Experience with ITIL methodologies and best practices MCP or higher certification Pay range: $79.74 - $87.74 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
