SUPPORT SPECIALIST/TECHNICIAN

Dallas, TX 75235

Schedule:
Mon-Friday
•Regular business hours
•40 hours Start date: ASAP (two weeks)
Job Summary:
Join a large healthcare system supporting hands-on hardware deployments, workstation replacements, imaging, and desktop installations across the enterprise hospital. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with technology, troubleshooting equipment, and helping ensure end users have reliable, fully functional workstations and devices.
Responsibilities:
Deploy, image, configure, and install desktops, laptops, and peripherals Perform workstation replacements and hardware upgrades Support device inventory tracking and asset management Verify workstation functionality, connectivity, and printing capabilities Document hardware status and location updates within internal systems
Requirements:
Hands-on desktop support or hardware deployment experience Comfortable working 1st or 2nd shift, with occasional weekends Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and professionalism
Pay:
$18.00
•$25.00 per hour
